What the download button opens
It opens a separate service page rather than transferring a file hosted here. Look for the correct platform and the download description there. We do not currently have a verified release number, package size or supported-device list to publish for IY7 Game.
Android: find and open the installer
Allow the transfer to finish, then check Downloads in the browser or file manager. Select the completed Android package and review the device instructions. If the file is incomplete or the source is unclear, stop. Do not install a second unknown package simply because the first did not open.
Before replacing an installed app
Make sure you can still access the contact method registered to your account. Check the update source and the requirement shown for your device. A browser shortcut, an Android installer and an iPhone app are different formats; one should not be presented as a substitute for another.
Troubleshoot the stage that failed
A download that stops midway calls for a connection and storage check. An installer reporting incompatibility calls for a device-requirement check. When installation succeeds but the account will not open, follow Login help instead of downloading repeatedly.
